Mother and son
Oof. I didn’t realize how poor these pictures were ’til just now. I guess these two were moving too fast as they, um, snoozed, for me to get a good focus…
That’s Sadie on the left. Being that she could have settled down anywhere else in the house for a nap, I think it’s pretty great that she chose to snuggle up to her little boy. Although, Milton is bigger than her.
Have a marvelous day, and – if you can do it – go ahead and seek out that certain someone you’d most like to snuggle up next to.

Absolutely gorgeous

Awww…so cute to see mom and her ‘baby’ snuggling together.
We have two cats (unrelated) who can occasionally be found doing the same thing.

It’s like my mom used to tell me – “You’re sweet when you’re asleep.”

There is no such thing as bad cat pictures, Sid!

Well, okay. I’ll give you that. Some are better than others, though.

Their ability to nap so often and still be fit makes me want to be a cat sometimes, Teju…

Nothing spells “contentment” more than a snoozing housecat. Except maybe two of them.

Heh heh. Agreed!

I wish my 2 cats would be like that as I am constantly being the referee!

I love it! Thank for sharing.
So, what’s the story with those two? Come on, you can’t just say Milton is Sadie’s son! Another blog post, please? Pretty please?
January 25, 2013 at 6:27 pm
Heh – I don’t think I’ve ever gotten a request for another post. But, what’s what story? Do tell what you’d like to see, blogwise speaking. I’ll do it.

Sadie’s story. House cats don’t normally have kittens because we spay them. And yet she has a son. Was she pregnant when you adopted her? And if so, what’s the story behind the adoption?
